Early Life and Education

Beau Biden began his professional journey after completing his education at the University of Pennsylvania and Syracuse Law School. His early career included significant time as a federal prosecutor and serving as a law clerk for a district judge, establishing a solid foundation in law and public service.

Military and State Legal Career

His commitment to service deepened through his role in the Delaware Army National Guard, where he deployed to Iraq in 2008. This period of military service preceded his successful election as the Attorney General of Delaware in 2006, a position he held until 2015.

Political Service and Final Years

Despite considering a run for the U.S. Senate seat following his father's vice presidential election, Biden focused on re-election and later announced his bid for Governor of Delaware in 2016. His passing from glioblastoma generated national recognition, leading to the Beau Biden Cancer Moonshot initiative.
